Our story
Maison Temper began with one marble bench and one rule: the chocolate decides when it is ready. Not the clock, not the queue. It tells you in the snap, the shine and the way it leaves the mould.
Every recipe is weighed to the gram and tempered to the degree. We buy couverture one estate at a time, whip cream the morning it is used, and finish every piece by hand — because the last two per cent is the part people remember.
The moment
By the window as the harbour lights come on. That is the whole point of it.
